Where The Journey Began
Imperial Resort officially launched to the market and Go Investment was appointed as the exclusive UK sales and marketing agent.
What began as plans, renders and a vision for a new resort in Hurghada would eventually become a completed development welcoming owners from around the world.
Reservations & Contract Signing
Following the launch, buyers began reserving apartments for a variety of reasons including holiday homes, rental investments, future retirement plans and potential resale opportunities.
Once reserved, purchasers signed contracts directly with the developer and began following their agreed payment plans.
Following The Construction Journey
Construction officially began.
For many owners this marked the start of an exciting period as they watched Imperial Resort progress from drawings into a physical development.
During construction, owners received regular updates documenting the build.
Progress Through The Covid Period
Despite the challenges faced globally during the Covid pandemic, construction continued and owners were able to follow the development through regular progress updates.
This period demonstrated the developer’s commitment to delivering the project.
Sold Out Before Completion
One of the most significant milestones came when all apartments were sold approximately 18 months before completion.
Demand remained strong throughout the construction phase as buyers secured apartments before the resort was finished.
Preparing For Completion
As completion approached, furniture packages were released allowing owners to prepare their apartments for handover.
Many buyers selected furniture before collecting their keys so their apartments would be ready upon arrival.
Completed 7 Months Ahead Of Schedule
This was a milestone rarely seen within the industry.
Imperial Resort was completed approximately seven months ahead of schedule, allowing owners to begin preparing for handover earlier than anticipated.
Key Collection Begins
From November 2022, owners began arranging inspections and collecting keys from the developer’s on-site team.
For many purchasers, this marked the moment years of planning became reality.
Life As A Completed Resort Community
Today, Imperial Resort is a completed resort community with owners using their apartments as holiday homes, investments and permanent residences.
The resort continues to operate with on-site staff, management services and community support.

A Completed Resort Community
Imperial Resort is now a completed resort community welcoming owners from around the world. What began as plans and construction in 2019 has become a completed development with owners collecting keys and enjoying the resort since 2022. Management and day-to-day operations are overseen by Imperial's own in-house team, providing continuity from construction through to long-term ownership and resort management.
