The property contract will be in Arabic, which we can translate into English on the same contract. If you’re not using an Egyptian lawyer, our English in-house lawyer will be on hand to help you with any article or annex you don’t understand & happy to explain the meaning.
If you are not happy with any part of the contract, we will contact the developers lawyer on your behalf and help resolve the issue until you are satisfied with the terms.
We are also able to put you in contact with a local Egyptian lawyer (Extra cost will apply) to put your mind at ease if you are not comfortable with the contract.
Due Diligence Report
Our local Egyptian lawyer has already performed thorough background checks on all our developments and developers, insuring a smooth build and buying process.
